With Sams Island Summermist we have created a real summer Gin. Inspired by Erik Grenås crisp rhubarb in Vesteløkken and the color of the sunset over Sælvigbugten on Samsø, we have made a very special rhubarb that tastes great with lots of ice cubes, Danish water – or a sparkling wine – on a hot summer day.
Sam’s Island Summermist may lose its pink color over time in direct sunlight. This is because we only use rhubarb – and thus only natural ingredients – to give flavor and color. We choose not to use food makeup.
