This Danish gin from “Skærvadhus Vingård og Bryghus” is well balanced, bold, full and round in taste – because the distillate is based on potatoes.
Botanicals such as juniper, rowan berry, licorice root, squared root, coriander seed, sea buckthorn, forest mark and Norwegian fir give off taste with both power and fine shades that make it drinkable as it is, but also excellent for drinks.
