BUCKTHORN GIN – 56%

This gin, which we have named “Buckthorn gin – Naturally Flavored“, was produced for Fadandel.dk at a distillery in Sweden.

The gin is based on juniper berries, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root, cinnamon, cardamom and last but not least lots of sea buckthorn.
For this gin we recommend as tasteless neutral tonic water as possible.

We have made two variants of this gin, where we have taken the same gin, and put in to a cask for 2 and 4 months respectively on a previous PX sherry cask.
This storage means that the gin has a darker color and some sweetness.

We call these two variants
