Privacy and Cookie Policy

Who are we?

Our web address is: https://fadandel.dk

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help find spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approving your comment, your profile photo will be visible to the public for your comment.

Pictures

If you are uploading images to the site, avoid uploading images with built-in location data (EXIF GPS) included. Site visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may choose to store your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you do not have to fill in your information again when leaving another comment. These cookies will last for a year.

If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also create more cookies to store your login information and screen selection choices. Login cookies last for two days and cookies with screen settings last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will continue for two weeks. Logging out of your account will remove login cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may contain embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly the same way as if visitors visited the other site.

These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged into that site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytic and Facebook Pixels on our webshop.

Who we share your data with?

We do not share our data with other private individuals or companies.

How long we keep your data

Leaving a comment will preserve the comment and its metadata indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights do you have in relation to your data?

If you have an account on this website or have left any comments, you may request to receive an exported file containing the personal data we hold about you, including all data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete all personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments can be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

The contact information you leave on our web shop is only shared with the shipping company with whom we have to place your order.
