Terms and conditions
Fadandel.dk does not sell or serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
When you shop at Fadandel.dk, you can order your goods by clicking on each item and thereby adding it to the shopping cart.
All prices are listed as standard in DKK, however you can choose to change to another currency at the top of the page if you wish. All prices are inclusive of Danish taxes and 25% Danish VAT.
Once you have selected your items and put them in to the basket, and come to the payment, you can pay with credit card or MobilePay (Danish system). Your order can be picked up immediately after your purchase – during the store’s opening hours or by prior arrangement. Alternatively, we can send the order to you, here you just have to choose how you want your order delivered order page.
If you want your order to be shipped, a shipping fee will be charged, which is however 0 DKK on orders over 700 DKK (ONLY in Denmark except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) and does not apply to Cask shares – Fadandel.dk does not send per. COD. The amount of your order will be charged to your debit card when we have processed your order and have it ready for shipment from our warehouse.
2.2 We provide safety
It must be safe to shop on our web shop, so we have implemented the 3D-Secure security solution when you shop for more than 450 DKK. If you use VISA or MasterCard, we have implemented an online security solution that makes online commerce more secure for both business and cardholders. The common term for these security solutions is 3D-Secure.

2.3 ON COLLECTION at our store
If you come and pick up your goods at Fadandel.dk, we recommend that you order your goods first online; either at the webshop or by calling us or sending us an email so the goods can be put aside for you. When you pick up your goods, you can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club) or by Danish cash.
All packages sent from Fadandel.dk are securely packed in boxes made of three layers cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and/or “chips”, to ensure as safe shipping as possible. In addition, “glass” stickers will be affixed to the outside of the box so that the item cannot be overlooked, it must be shipped carefully. Fadandel.dk primarily uses DHL and GLS for all shipments outside Denmark, unless otherwise stated in your order. From the time you order at our web shop until you receive your shipment, typically 4-10 days in the EU. In connection with orders to other countries, it is recommended that you contact Fadandel.dk, in order to determine the price of the freight.
4. CUSTOM TAX
For shipments to countries outside the EU, custom TAX can be applied on arrival of your order, which is at the customer’s expense.
5. LAW OF TREATMENT AND CLAIM
According to the Consumer Agreement Act in Denmark, drinks such as wine or spirits are not covered by the right of return. However, Fadandel.dk provides the extra service to give our customers 14 days full return right from the time you receive the item.
If you wish to return a purchased item, please contact us before the item is returned to us.
To do this, send an email to us at email@example.com explaining why you want to return the item. In the same email, please tell which of these three options you want to use
- exchange the item for another item with us
- obtain a certificate of validity, which is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
- get the money back – remember and provide us with your SWIF and IBAN number
– When you ship the item back to us, the shipping cost is at your own expense – whatever option above are chosen by you
In addition, please provide a copy of the invoice and other relevant information. The returned product and packaging, etc. must of course be in the same condition as at delivery.
From the item is returned to our warehouse (unused and in salable condition), it can be expected that it can take up to 3 working days (holidays and holidays not included) before we send the agreed exchange item, prepare the receipt or transfer the amount.
Do you choose to get
- an exchange item, you will receive a credit note and new invoice by mail and we will send the exchange item to you as soon as possible
- sent a receipt, you will receive by mail a code that can be used on our webshop or in our store
- the money return, you will receive a credit note by mail and the money return within 3 banking days
5.2 PRODUCTS OTHER THAN BEVERAGES
To make use of your right of withdrawal, you must inform Fadandel.dk within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
This is done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, where you write why you want to return the item and also attach a copy of your invoice for the purchase.
In your mail you also need to write if you would like to receive the amount back via your SWIF and IBAN number.
When the item has returned to our stock and if the returned item is unused and in salable condition, you will receive the item’s you had purchase within 3 business days (holidays and holidays not included) from we received the item.
– The shipping costs associated with returns, are at your own expense and are therefore non-refundable.
You have 2 years of warranty covering defects and defects in the product.

Fadandel.dk understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Fadandel.dk will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Fadandel.dk will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
Fadandel.dk (hereafter called Fadandel) is like all other companies in Denmark, subject to the Danish Personal Data Act and the use of personal data is therefore done in compliance with the Personal Data Act.
According to the Personal Data Act, Fadandel.dk is considered to be responsible for the data that is registered about the Customer and visitors to Fadandel’s website. Only the information needed to send the Customer’s order, including name, address, mail and telephone number, is passed on to shipping companies. No other information are sold or disclosed to any third party that is registered by Fadandel.
Furthermore, the Customer’s IP address is saved when purchases are made at the shop. Under normal circumstances, this information is not used for anything, but can be disclosed to the police in connection with an event. police investigation.
6.1 DATA STORAGE
Fadandel uses a number of third-party products for storing and processing data, including for backups, bookkeeping, and newsletter distribution systems. These third parties process information solely on behalf of Fadandel and may not use it for any other purpose. Disclosure of personal information such as name and mail, etc. for other purposes will only happen if you consent to it. We only use third parties within the EU or in countries that can comply with EU personal data rules.
The customer can, via our signup form on the website, sign up for Fadandel’s newsletter (in Danish). In this way, the Customer receives Fadandel’s newsletter containing news and other information from Fadandel. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

6.4 STORAGE AND DELETION OF INFORMATION
Information regarding the Customer’s order and any other customer information is stored for 5 years, unless Danish law requires a longer storage period, after which the information is automatically deleted/destroyed, unless the information remains relevant to Fadandel, eg. in connection with the purchase of cask shares in Fadandel’s cask program or similar.
6.5 INFORMATION ON THE MARKETING CUSTOMER
This information (name, address, mail, telephone number) is only used by Fadandel to send newsletters to the Customer, orders and inform the Customer should any unforeseen problems arise with the delivery.
6.6 RIGHT OF DISPUTE ON PERSONAL INFORMATION
The customer can always contact the Fadandel, cf. the information listed in point 8, if information about which data is registered and processed about the customer is requested. On the basis of possibly objections make the deletion and/or correction to the extent this may be desired by the Customer. However, with the proviso that this will not prevent a purchase agreement or be a violation of the law.
7. COMPLAINT PORTAL FOR CONSUMERS
EU Commission’s online complaint portal can be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country.
